Response time
We reply to briefs within two business days (KST, excluding Korean public holidays). Urgent requests—decision deadlines within three weeks—note that in your message and we prioritise accordingly when capacity allows.
Briefing visits
Final report walkthroughs happen at our Jeonju office or via scheduled video call. In-person visits welcome by appointment weekdays 09:00–17:00 KST.
