Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to commissioned forecasting reports, briefings, and quarterly review services provided by Acacia Field Analytics. It supplements the Terms of Service and your individual engagement quote.

1. Deposit and confirmation

A deposit of forty percent of the quoted fee confirms your production slot. The deposit is non-refundable once work on data calibration or modelling has begun, except as stated in Section 3 below.

2. Cancellation by client

Before work begins

If you cancel in writing before we commence data calibration, the deposit is refunded in full minus any bank transfer fees, within fourteen business days.

After work begins

Once calibration or modelling has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-engagement, you owe fees proportional to work completed: intake and calibration (20%), draft modelling (40%), revision phase (70%), final binding (90%). We provide a written breakdown upon cancellation request.

Quarterly Strategic Review

Quarterly subscriptions are paid in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid quarter. No refund for the active quarter unless we fail to deliver the scheduled review.

3. Cancellation by Acacia Field Analytics

If we cannot fulfil an engagement due to capacity constraints or inability to access necessary data after reasonable efforts, we refund any fees paid for undelivered work within fourteen business days.

4. Refund eligibility for delivered work

Because our deliverables are custom analytical documents, fees for completed and delivered reports are generally non-refundable. If a final report materially fails to match the agreed scope in your written quote—missing entire sections or scenarios explicitly listed—you may request correction within ten business days of delivery. If we cannot remedy the deficiency, a partial refund proportional to the deficient scope may be offered at our discretion.

5. Non-refundable items

• Completed briefing sessions, whether conducted in person or remotely
• Printed and bound reports already shipped or collected
• Data preparation phases completed when source data was provided late or in unusable condition due to client-side issues
• Rush surcharges when delivery occurred on the agreed accelerated timeline
• Travel and accommodation costs already incurred for on-site briefings

6. Rescheduling

Briefing sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least three business days in advance. Late rescheduling or no-shows forfeit the included session; additional sessions are billed at KRW 280,000 per hour.

7. No-shows

Failure to attend a scheduled briefing without prior notice does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the engagement fee. We will provide the session recording or written summary if applicable materials exist.

8. Work already started

Custom analytical work is labour-intensive and cannot be returned once produced. Deposits cover reserved analyst time and early-phase deliverables. This is standard for professional consulting engagements of this nature.

9. Purchased materials

Printing, binding, and shipping costs for physical reports are non-refundable once production begins. If shipment is lost in transit, we reprint and reship at no additional charge upon carrier confirmation.

10. Refund process

Submit refund requests to info@webacaciafield.click with your quote reference, engagement date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

11. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions in our Terms of Service.
