Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless an engagement begins, in which case they are incorporated into the engagement file. Client project files, including deliverables and source data, are archived for twenty-four months after project completion unless a longer period is agreed in writing or required by law. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist with secure file transfer, email delivery, or website hosting, under contractual confidentiality obligations. Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Korea. Where transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements.

7. Security

We use encryption for data transfer, access controls on project files, and staff confidentiality training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 9. Children

Our services are directed at business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under eighteen.
