These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website webacaciafield.click and any commissioned forecasting, analytics, or briefing services provided by Acacia Field Analytics ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Acacia Field Analytics provides commissioned executive forecasting reports, capital allocation briefings, market entry scenario packs, quarterly strategic reviews, and related analytical deliverables. Services are professional consulting engagements delivered as documents and briefing sessions—not software products, subscriptions, or automated services.

2. Engagement and acceptance

A binding engagement begins when you accept a written quote we provide following your project brief. The quote specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Services not listed in the accepted quote require a separate written agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate data, timely responses to clarification requests, and a designated contact with authority to approve drafts. Delays in data delivery or approval extend the production schedule proportionally. We are not liable for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate client data.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final delivered report for internal business purposes, including board presentations and investor discussions. We retain copyright in our methodologies, chart templates, and unpublished analytical frameworks. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or sublicense our deliverables without written permission.

We may anonymise and aggregate learnings from engagements for internal quality improvement, provided no client-confidential information is disclosed.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client data and report contents as confidential. We do not disclose client identities or project details without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Payment

Fees follow the payment schedule in your quote. Late payments may suspend delivery of final materials and briefing sessions. All fees are quoted in Korean Won unless otherwise stated.

7. Revisions and acceptance

Revision rounds included in your quote are specified at engagement start. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our then-current hourly rate. Final acceptance is deemed given if no written revision request is received within ten business days of final delivery.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our reports present analytical projections based on data and assumptions stated in the deliverable. Forecasts are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee that projected outcomes will occur. Reports are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or audit advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content for commercial republication, or misrepresent your affiliation with Acacia Field Analytics.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements remain governed by the Terms in effect at quote acceptance.
