Who this is for
Chief executives, CFOs, and strategy leads preparing for a specific decision: entering a new market, approving capital expenditure, restructuring a division, or presenting a three-year plan to investors. The report assumes you have internal data—sales history, cost structures, pipeline figures—and need them translated into defensible forecast ranges.
What you receive
- Scenario charts showing base, optimistic, and conservative outcomes with shaded confidence bands
- Assumption ledger listing every input, its source, and sensitivity ranking
- Written narrative (8–12 pages) explaining drivers, risks, and recommended decision thresholds
- Executive summary (2 pages) suitable for board circulation
- Bound printed copy on archival paper with numbered sections
- 90-minute briefing session where the lead analyst walks through each chart and answers questions
What is not included
Raw data cleaning beyond two standard source files, ongoing monitoring dashboards, or legal due diligence. If your data requires extensive reconciliation, we quote a separate preparation phase before forecasting begins.
Process overview
- Intake call (60 min): You describe the decision, timeline, and available datasets.
- Data handoff: Spreadsheet or CSV exports delivered via secure link.
- Draft delivery (day 14): PDF preview for internal review.
- Revision rounds: Up to three rounds of chart and narrative adjustments.
- Final binding & briefing: Printed report shipped or collected; session scheduled within five business days of final approval.
Preparation required
Gather at least 24 months of relevant operational data, any existing market research, and a one-page memo stating the decision you need the report to support. Incomplete data extends the timeline—we will tell you upfront what is missing.
Provider
Lead analyst Kim Yujin prepares every flagship report personally, with chart production support from a single dedicated associate. No work is outsourced overseas.
